Cast iron / aluminum is

Casting of iron furniture has been around for centuries. The process
begins by carving a wooden model for the piece that you want to create. Next, the wooden
model is used to make sand molds. This is done by pressing the wooden models into the
casting sand in order to make an impression.
The next step is to take molten lava and pour it
into the sand mold that you created. Once the molten metal hardens and cools, the sand is
knocked away. You are left with the piece that you wanted to create, in cast iron /
aluminum.
